What is the Omni x1?

The Omni x1 by INNODIGYM is a smart strength machine for the home. Instead of plates and pins, it uses digital resistance: up to 120 kg across two independent arms, set on a 21.5" touchscreen or the app. A built-in AI coach has 500+ exercises, builds programmes for you and tracks every rep in real time.

Built like strength equipment, finished like furniture. When you're done it folds down to 0.12 m² and stores upright.

Why it's different

The INNODIGYM Omni x1 showing its four training modes: Standard, Eccentric, Spring and Isokinetic

Four ways to load every rep

Standard, Eccentric, Spring and Isokinetic modes, each one working your muscles in a different way. Switch with a tap on the 21.5" touchscreen.

People training on the INNODIGYM Omni x1 from different cable angles

Resistance from any angle

A multi-axis cable system on a full-slide rail: pull from the floor, from overhead, or anywhere in between. Full-body training with no blind spots.

Assisted pull-up on the INNODIGYM Omni x1

Pull-ups, assisted by AI

The pull-up system adapts to your strength and height, so a first pull-up and a strong set both work on the same machine.

INNODIGYM Omni x1 handles and accessories

A spotter that never switches off

Grip-loss detection, tilt protection and force-release buttons. If the bar suddenly slows, sensors spot it and drop the resistance straight away.

INNODIGYM Omni x1 footprint: 0.97 square metres in use, 0.12 square metres folded

A whole gym in under a square metre

0.97 m² in use, 0.12 m² folded, set up in three steps and quieter than 42 dB. Room-friendly in a way a rack and a cable stack never are.
