Cancellation rules
- Cancel 12+ hours before the class and you get your credit or session back.
- Cancel with less than 12 hours' notice and the session is lost. Card payments aren't refunded.
- If fewer than 2 people are booked 12 hours before a class, it's cancelled automatically and you get your credit back or a full refund.
- Within 12 hours of the start, you can only book a class that already has a booking.
- Cancelling a membership needs 30 days' notice.
